Refund Policy
• Refunds are provided for PREPAID orders only.
• Your refund will be initiated within 3 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
• Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund.
• Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.

How to cancel an order?
• In case you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped from our warehouse, simply drop an email to [email protected] to let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.
• If you’ve pre-paid, we’ll refund the amount to you within 5 business days of us receiving your cancellation request.
